Kaila Jacques is the Creative Director at Briteweb, a creative agency and BCorp Certified company dedicated to social change. She has experience in creating brand sysmtems for organization and leads design and strategy across mediums such as branding, campaigns, publications, and digital experiences.

Her approach is research-driven and human-centred, creating impactful, memorable, and sustainable solutions. Inspired by the incredible partners she feels grateful to be able to do what she loves and be part of the world of change through design and creativity.

Additionally, she’s a passionate educator. Kaila has taught design courses at York University and Toronto Metropolitan University, and holds a Master of Design from York University, where her thesis explored the intersection of accessibility and design. She currently sits on the Niagara of College Advisory Board in her home town.

Outside of work, Kaila is a proud Special Olympics basketball coach, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting diverse communities. She remains dedicated to using her design practice to deliver meaningful and socially impactful work to the world.
